en خوانش ترکیبی بررسی نقش و جایگاه نیازهای زبانی، نیازهای عاطفی و نیازهای فرهنگی در ارتباطات بین فرهنگی [به زبان انگلیسی] Investigating The Role and Position of Linguistic Needs, Affective Needs, And Cultural Needs in Intercultural Communication: A Mixed Methods Study [In English] تحلیل گفتمان Discourse Analysis پژوهشي Research <div dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;">رتباطات بین فرهنگی یک موضوع مهم در دنیای امروز است که بر روابط بین مردم در سراسر جهان تمرکز دارد. یافتن نقش مولفه های زبانی، عاطفی و فرهنگی در ارتباطات بین فرهنگی مشکل بزرگی در موقعیت های زبان خارجی بوده است. بنابراین، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش مؤلفه‌های زبانی، عاطفی و فرهنگی همزمان در مینودشت ایران انجام شده است. 100 مدرس زبان از طریق روش نمونه گیری یکنواخت انتخاب شدند و سپس آزمون تعیین سطح آکسفورد برای بررسی همگنی شرکت کنندگان اجرا شد. یک پرسشنامه بین فرهنگی نیز سطح ارتباطات بین فرهنگی مدرسان را بررسی کرد. علاوه بر این، 20 شرکت کننده با کمال میل در مصاحبه حضور یافتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، معیارهای کمی و کیفی مختلفی از جمله آمار توصیفی، آزمون رتبه‌بندی امضای ویلکاکسون و تحلیل محتوای استقرایی اجرا شد. نتایج بیانگر آن است که مؤلفه زبانی حیاتی ترین نیاز کلان در ارتباطات بین فرهنگی است و مؤلفه های فرهنگی و عاطفی در رتبه های دوم و سوم قرار گرفتند. همچنین مشخص شد که مؤلفه عاطفی به عنوان میانجی بین مؤلفه های زبانی و فرهنگی عمل می کند. این مطالعه می تواند از نظر آموزشی برای مدرسان زبان و توسعه دهندگان مطالب مهم باشد تا موضوعات بین فرهنگی را به ترتیب در جلسات آموزشی و کتاب های درسی خود لحاظ کنند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Intercultural communication is a hot topic in today’s world which focuses on the relationships among people all around the world. Finding the role of linguistic, affective, and cultural components in intercultural communication has been a big problem in foreign language situations. Thus, this study aims to investigate the role of linguistic, affective, and cultural components concurrently in Minoodasht, Iran. One hundred language teachers were selected through a convenience sampling procedure and then an Oxford placement test was run to check the homogeneity of the participants. An intercultural questionnaire also checked the intercultural communication level of teachers. In addition, 20 participants took part in the interview session willingly. To analyze the data, various quantitative and qualitative measures such as descriptive statistics, the Wilcoxon signed ranks test, and inductive content analyses were run. It was found that the linguistic component is the most vital macro-need in intercultural communication and the cultural and affective components were put in second and third place. It was also revealed that the affective component acts as a mediator between linguistic and cultural components.
