en تحولی در مطالعات بینافرهنگی: معرفی مدل نیازهای ارتباطی بینافرهنگی و نظریه نیازهای سه‌گانه در آموزش زبان انگلیسی [به زبان انگلیسی] An Evolution in Intercultural Studies: Introducing Intercultural Communication Needs Model and Triple Needs Theory in English Language Teaching [In English] آموزش زبان Language Teaching پژوهشي Research <div dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;">توسعه یک مدل و نظریه جدید به همراه عناصر کلانِ تعیین کننده، در مطالعات بینافرهنگی، بیش از یک دهه به عنوان یک شکاف و مشکل بزرگ تلقی می‌شد. مطالعه حاضر با معرفی مدل نیازهای ارتباطی بینافرهنگی (ICN) و نظریه نیازهای سه‌گانه (TNT) این شکاف را رفع کرد. به این صورت که محققان، 100 داوطلب را برای شرکت در این مطالعه وجمع‌آوری داده‌های مورد نیاز، انتخاب کردند. 20 نفر از 100 داوطلب نیز با تمایل خود، در جلسات گفتگو، شرکت کردند. محققان این پژوهش، از طراحی روش‌های ترکیبی و روش‌های پیچیده کمی و کیفی مانند تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی، به همراه تحلیل محتوای استقرایی برای جمع‌آوری و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، به منظور توسعه مدل و نظریه استفاده کردند. نتایج بیانگر آن است که مدل ICN و نظریه نیازهای سه‌گانه (TNT)، زبان، احساسات و فرهنگ را به عنوان جدیدترین عناصر کلان تعاملات بینافرهنگی معرفی می‌کند. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که عوامل زمینه‌ای و فردی بر اولویت و انتخاب این سه نیاز: زبان، احساسات و فرهنگ تأثیر می‌گذارند. این مطالعه برای مدرسان زبان، روانشناسان بینافرهنگی و فرهنگ‌پژوهان و سیاستمداران از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است، به این خاطر که، به آنها کمک می‌کند تا کیفیت و اثربخشی جلسات آموزشی، درمانی و سیاسی خود را به این ترتیب بهبود بخشند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Developing a new model and theory along with key macro-elements in intercultural studies was a big gap and problem for more than a decade. The current study filled this gap by introducing the intercultural communication needs model (ICN) and Triple Needs Theory (TNT). Thus, the researchers selected 100 participants to partake in this study to collect the required data. 20 participants out of 100 willingly took part in interview sessions, too. The researchers used a mixed methods design and complex quantitative and qualitative methods such as exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis along with inductive content analysis to collect and analyze the data to develop the model and theory. The results showed that The ICN model and triple needs theory (TNT) introduce language, emotion, and culture as the newest macro-elements of intercultural interactions. Also, the results revealed that contextual and individual factors influence the priority and selection of these three needs: language, emotion, and culture.
