fa تحلیل الخطاب النقدی لألفاظ العداله فی القرآن الکریم پژوهش‌های زبانی Linguistic research پژوهشي Research <div dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="color:#3b3838">یُعد</span><span style="color:black">Ù‘ مفهوم العداله من المفاهیم الأساسیه والمحوریه فی البناء القیمی والمعرفی للدیانات السماویه عموماً، وللدین الإسلامی علی وجه الخصوص. وقد شغل هذا المفهوم موقعاً مرکزیاً فی الخطاب القرآنی، حیث لا یُطرح بوصفه مجرد قیمه أخلاقیه عابره، بل باعتباره مبدأً کونیاً شاملاً یتغلغل فی جمیع مستویات التصور الإسلامی للکون والإنسان والمجتمع، والعلاقات التشریعیه والوجودیه. تهدف هذه الدراسه إلی تحلیل الألفاظ المرتبطه بمفهوم &quot;العداله&quot; فی القرآن الکریم، من خلال توظیف منهجین متکاملین هما تحلیل الخطاب النقدی واللسانیات المعرفیه، وذلک لاستکشاف کیفیه بناء هذا المفهوم المجرد وتوظیفه فی سیاقات لغویه واجتماعیه وأخلاقیه. یتبنی البحث نموذج نورمان فیرکلاف (1995) لتحلیل الخطاب، الذی یری أن اللغه لا تُستخدم فقط لنقل المعلومات، بل تسهم فی إنتاج المعنی وصیاغه الواقع الاجتماعی وترسیخ القیم والأیدیولوجیات</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">.</span></span><span style="color:black"> اعتمدت الدراسه علی تحلیل مجموعه مختاره من الآیات القرآنیه التی تحتوی علی ألفاظ مرکزیه مثل &quot;العدل&quot;ØŒ &quot;القسط&quot;ØŒ &quot;الحق&quot;ØŒ Ùˆ&quot;المیزان&quot;. وقد تم استخدام أدوات اللسانیات المعرفیه، لاسیما الاستعارات المفهومیه، للکشف عن کیفیه تجسید مفهوم العداله فی الذهن البشری، مثل: &quot;العداله = میزان&quot;ØŒ &quot;العداله = نور&quot;ØŒ Ùˆ&quot;العداله = طریق مستقیم&quot;. </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">&quot;</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">کما تم تحلیل التقابلات الخطابیه مثل: العدل والظلم، والقسط والجور، لبیان الوظائف التداولیه لهذه المفاهیم داخل النص القرآنی</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">&quot;</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> وقد أظهرت النتائج أن العداله فی القرآن الکریم لیست مجرد قیمه قانونیه أو نظام تشریعی، بل Ù‡ÛŒ مبدأ معرفی وأخلاقی متکامل، یعکس وحده التکوین القرآنی ومرکزیّه التوحید وحموله أیدیولوجیه ومعرفیه. کما أن البنیه الدلالیه للألفاظ المختاره تؤدی دوراً فی تشکیل الوعی القرآنی لدی المتلقی، وتوجیهه نحو رؤیه شامله للعداله بوصفها قیمه تأسیسیه فی المنظور الإسلامی</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">.</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="color:black">Justice is one of the core and fundamental concepts in the value and cognitive structures of divine religions in general and Islam in particular. It has a central position in Quranic discourse&mdash;not as a temporary moral value, but as a universal principle permeating all levels of Islamic understanding of the world, humanity, society, and legislative as well as existential relations. This study aims to analyze the concepts related to justice in the Holy Quran using two approaches: critical discourse analysis (CDA) and cognitive linguistics. CDA examines how this abstract concept is constructed and applied in linguistic, social, and moral contexts. Norman Fairclough&rsquo;s (1995) model argues that language is not only a tool for transmitting information but also plays a role in creating meaning, shaping social reality, and reinforcing values and ideologies. The study focuses on Quranic keywords such as justice (Ê¿adl), fairness (insaf), truth (ḥaqq), and balance (mÄ«zān). Cognitive linguistic tools, especially conceptual metaphors, are used to reveal how justice is conceptualized in human cognition, including metaphors such as &ldquo;Justice = Balance&rdquo;, &ldquo;Justice = Light&rdquo;, and &ldquo;Justice = Straight Path&rdquo;. Discourse contrasts such as &ldquo;justice vs. oppression&rdquo; and &ldquo;fairness vs. injustice&rdquo; are also analyzed to demonstrate their practical functions in the Quranic context. The results indicate that justice in the Quran is not merely a legal principle or legislative framework but a comprehensive cognitive and ethical value reflecting the unity of the Quranic structure, the centrality of monotheism, and its ideological and cognitive significance.
